2. Performance-optimized real-time engine (retopology)
Architectural data (e.g., from Revit, ArchiCAD, or Allplan) is extremely detailed and often includes millions of polygons (high-poly). Such massive datasets overwhelm mobile devices. Our 3D engineers carry out a complex optimization process (retopology). We radically reduce the geometry to a low-poly dataset without sacrificing visual quality. The photorealistic details, physically accurate light refractions (PBR materials), and authentic shadows are directly baked into the surfaces of the model through so-called 'texture baking.' The result is a high-resolution 3D visualization that remains absolutely smooth in the AR space, even on older smartphones, with stable 60 frames per second (fps).
