The execution of large-scale construction projects resembles a complex clockwork. The bitter reality: a large portion of financial losses (CapEx overruns) in the development process results from unclear evidence, unjustified change requests, and inadequate documentation of hidden construction defects. 1. Seamless evidence preservation (As-Built Tracking)

In the case of construction delays or warranty disputes, only one thing matters: indisputable evidence. Through our regular 360° scans – for example, weekly or linked to milestones in the construction schedule – a seamless, visual history of the building is created. Project developers and builders can precisely prove the condition in which a specific trade (e.g., shell construction, drywall, painting) was left on a particular date. This visual time-travel function ('Time Machine') immediately removes the legal basis from illegitimate claim management attempts by subcontractors and secures your budgets.

2. Centimeter-precise documentation of the MEP

One of the most critical moments on any construction site is the closing of walls, suspended ceilings, and floor shafts. The technical building equipment (TGA) – that is, pipes, ventilation ducts, sprinkler systems, and electrical installations – disappears invisibly into the building structure. We carry out a high-resolution 360° scan immediately before this closing process. This creates an invaluable asset for future facility management (FM) and technical asset management: During future renovations, major refurbishments, or leaks, technicians know down to the centimeter exactly where drilling is allowed and where lines run, without having to carry out expensive test drillings.

3. Remote Project Management and Collaboration

The physical monitoring of nationwide or international construction projects consumes enormous travel costs and ties up valuable management resources. Our digital construction site tours move the construction meeting to the cloud. Site managers, architects, and investors can virtually walk through the asset on-screen at any time, measure distances directly in the 3D space, and visually mark defects with tags (annotations). Through open interfaces (APIs), these issues can be seamlessly exported into common construction software such as Procore, PlanRadar, or Dalux. This drastically accelerates approval processes and secures the critical path of the construction schedule.

4. Target-Actual Comparison through BIM Overlays (Clash Detection)
