FotoEstate implemented a seamless and technologically advanced solution through continuous, digital 3D construction documentation. Our expert team accompanied the various construction phases of the Chemnitz residential quarter at predefined intervals using highly precise 360-degree camera systems and terrestrial laser scanners. In this way, we captured the exact current state of the entire quarter – from the shell walls to the still open cable trays of the building services to the final surfaces.
