Frequently asked questions
What if I have fewer than 10 photos?
The package includes up to ten images. Fewer is fine – the price stays the same, and we will tell you which additional shots would be worth taking.
Do I need a professional camera?
No. Photos from a current smartphone are sufficient. Shoot in daylight, hold the phone straight and horizontal – that is all we need.
Is the valuation really free?
Yes, and non-binding. It is part of the package and does not oblige you to anything – no listing contract, no commission, no follow-up.
How long does it take?
Image editing and floor plans are usually with you within a few working days of the upload; staging takes slightly longer. You see the current status in the app at any time.
Can I use the images on any portal?
Yes. You receive the files for unrestricted use in your own marketing – portals, exposé, social media, print.
