1. Spatial Search & Wayfinding (The search engine for buildings)
Imagine your facility management could search a building just like the internet. With our spatial search technology, every valve, fire damper, and HVAC unit is indexed in the 3D model. If the building management system reports a fault, the technician searches for the corresponding asset ID (e.g., 'HKL-04') on the tablet. The system not only shows the exact location in the building but also immediately calculates the most efficient indoor route (wayfinding). Especially on large industrial sites, in hospitals, or highly complex research centers, this targeted navigation drastically reduces unproductive search times (wrench time).
2. Bidirectional ERP, CAFM & IoT Integration
A digital twin only truly unfolds its ROI when it is docked to your existing IT infrastructure. Through powerful API interfaces (REST/GraphQL), we integrate your existing systems (SAP, PlanRadar, Salesforce) into the 3D model. Static Matterport tags are replaced by dynamic IoT data points. This way, a technician sees not only the location of a pump before repair, but also the PDF maintenance manual, live telemetry data (vibration, temperature) from the IoT cloud, and the latest maintenance record. Conversely, status updates or completed work orders can be written directly from the 3D interface back into your ERP system (bidirectionality).
3. Blue-Dot Navigation & Mobile Positioning
For the ultimate routing experience, we link the digital twin with physical sensors (BLE beacons, Wi-Fi RTT, or UWB). This creates a high-precision indoor positioning system (IPS). Users see their own location as a blue dot on their smartphone in real time – similar to Google Maps' GPS, but to the centimeter within buildings. This not only enables targeted navigation for service technicians but also serves as a revolutionary tool for visitor management in complex corporate headquarters or convention centers.
4. HSE Compliance & Virtual Onboarding
Coordination of external companies and occupational safety (HSE – Health, Safety, Environment) carries enormous liability risks. Instead of physically guiding each new technician or subcontractor around the industrial site for hours, they complete their site-specific onboarding virtually in the 3D model. Escape routes, assembly points, hazardous material storage, and first aid stations are trained interactively in advance. Technicians enter the facility only after they have digitally familiarized themselves with the asset and completed the safety check in the system – a massive efficiency gain for plant security and plant management.
