A fully tenanted burgher house in Freiberg's Altstadt, renovated in keeping with its listed status, was to be placed discreetly with investors. We photographed the facade, staircase, and two representative apartments and created a tour of the vacant unit. An investor from Dresden decided on the basis of the digital documentation and the rent roll – the transaction closed without any public portal marketing.
