1. Matterport Digital Twins in the data room (due diligence)

Static exposés with distorted wide-angle photos or dry floor plans (PDF) are no longer sufficient for the pre-qualification of institutional buyers. With our Matterport 3D tours, we transform the physical building into a walk-in digital twin. A foreign investor (cross-border investment) can use a web browser to move through an office building in Frankfurt with centimeter precision, check the quality of the TGA installations (technical building equipment) in the underground car park, and measure distances (e.g., ceiling heights) directly in the point cloud. This absolute transparency eliminates abstract risks in the early stages of the review and ensures that physical viewings only take place with highly qualified, ready-to-buy leads.
